Who is Ubuntu Brews?
Ubuntu Brews Ltd is a Kenyan-based, purpose-driven coffee exporter working directly with smallholder farmers to deliver fully traceable, specialty-grade Arabica and Robusta beans to global markets.
What origins do you source from?
We source from across Kenya's most fertile highland regions, and also offer select lots from Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia - all through direct trade partnerships.
Can I request samples?
Yes! We provide green coffee samples for quality evaluation and CQI testing. Simply send your courier account (DHL/FedEx) and preferences, and we'll ship within 48 hours.
What certifications are included in my order?
Each shipment includes: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, SGS Pre-Shipment Report. Additional certifications (Fair Trade, Organic) may be available upon request.
Do you offer private-label or white-label services?
Absolutely. From sourcing and profiling to packaging, labeling, and documentation, we offer end-to-end solutions tailored to your brand.
What are your payment terms?
At Ubuntu Brews, we prioritize secure and transparent transactions. All new clients are required to transact via a Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight. For established partners, we may accept Cash Against Documents (CAD) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Orders (ICPOs), subject to due diligence.
What is the typical delivery time?
Our lead time is typically 3-4 weeks from confirmation and payment, depending on origin, grade, and port of delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We export globally, with CIF and FOB options via Mombasa Port, Kenya - serving clients across GCC, MENA, Europe, North America, and Asia.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Buyer-focused details on MOQ are tailored per inquiry, but typically start at volumes suitable for B2B importers. Contact us for specifics based on your needs.
